Staff are unsure what to do, the strategies feel unrealistic, and the participant escalates again. 

SIL providers are left trying to make a plan work in a home that feels completely different from the report.

We provide SIL behaviour support for providers managing complex participants, high-risk behaviours, RP, and difficult day-to-day environments.

Behaviour support is not only about writing the plan.

For SIL providers, the hard part is often implementation. Staff need to understand what the plan means during a shift, not just during a meeting.

We work alongside SIL providers to support behaviour support plan implementation in a way that considers the participant, their home, your team, and their everyday pressure around them.

That may include looking at escalation patterns, communication breakdowns, environmental triggers, RP, staffing approaches, and consistency between shifts.

We can support SIL providers working with participants who have super complex behaviours.

This may include violence, aggression, absconding risk, property damage, failed placements, forensic or justice-related histories, mental health overlap, or major support system pressure.

These situations are rarely simple.

Your team needs a BSP who can stay calm, speak clearly, and help staff understand what is happening beneath the behaviour.

That work will reduce harm, reduce day-to-day impact, and support safer implementation across their home.

A behaviour support plan should make the day clearer, it should not leave staff more confused.

We focus on practical strategies that can be used by the people implementing support every day.

That means looking at what happens before, during, and after escalation. It also means helping teams notice patterns, respond consistently, and communicate with less confusion.

Good behaviour support will help the participant and the people around them.

If RP is involved, implementation needs to be careful and lawful.
